"THAT GIRL IS HOT", but from where?

TV song filter: What song clip was featured in a recent episode of "The Loop" on Fox?

It may have been a few episodes ago, tivo viewing sometimes confuses me. But the clip would play when one of the hot female roomates would walk through the room. The lyrics are "That girl is Hot" A real Bassy sounding voice. Reminds me of something early 90's or earlier? That's all I know. Besides being a new catchphrase around my house, It's driving me crazy that I can't figure it out!
Help me Metafilter, you're my only hope.
