Website to auto-create usage documentation

What's a website that will capture the steps I'm performing, automatically take screenshots and capture where I'm clicking, then create documentation from that?

I swear I saw something like this on tiktok, but now I cannot find it anywhere. I need to create some quick and dirty docs for my team to show them the state of the current website flow, which was never documented. We can make video, and someone else is responsible for that, but I need to also go through this flow, and I thought it would help my team if I had documentation showing the flow. I don't need it to be pretty and I don't need it to have thorough explanations, just be basic.
I swear I saw something that would take screenshots of your actions and include them in a list of steps with callouts to the actions you took. Does anyone know of a website that does this?

I've never heard of anything like this, but I am going to be following this thread because I REALLY hope you didn't dream it!

I've used Screensteps for something like this, although it's not quite as automated as what you're saying - you do have to click to take the screenshots.

You may be thinking of Camtasia from TechSmith, but it's not automated. It is, however, a very powerful tutorial creator with ability to embed quizzes , incorporate presentations, add voiceovers, and much more.

Best answer: I have used Tango before to document workflows and found it really useful and easy to use.

Response by poster: I think Tango is the thing I saw. Thanks, forkisbetter!

In Windows systems you'll find "Problem Steps Recorder" which will produce something like what you've described, including putting little highlights around where you clicked, etc.
