What's up with the Magazine of Fantasy and Science Fiction?

The website shows a "current issue" of May/June 2021. The blog and forum links on the website are both broken. Are they still in business?

I don't know much about it, but this made me go over to Locus and do a quick search--here's Charles Payseur's review of the Jan/Feb 2022 issue, so they're at least that OK.

I just received the March/April 2022 edition in the mail, so they're still going. They've been kind of no-frills for a while now. Their website only seems to update sporadically and if you need to contact them to change your address or something they seem pretty slow to respond. I had to contact them in late 2020 to update my address and it took a couple of weeks to get a reply.

I think it might be more of a labour of love than anything else these days. I love getting the digests because they feel like a product of another time.

F&SF is now available via Weightless Books in standard DRM-free ebook formats.

...are they in trouble?

They've been in trouble for at least a decade by now, but somehow there's always another issue monthly semi-regularly.
