Picture of Hippie protester placing flower in rifle

I'm looking for that famous picture of a Hippie placing a flower in the rifle barrel of a soldier, but my Google-fu has escaped me. Where can I find it? Or is it all a conspiracy . . . Please help!
Best answer: Here is a big one; it was the October, 1967 protest at the Pentagon.

Well, I just did a GIS for flowers guns, no quotation marks, knowing I'd get a bajillion results but thinking it was likely that the pic in question would show up early on. It did, right on the first page. Further Googling (non-GIS) for 1967 pentagon flowers brought up some specific pages about the incident.

Google: "famous photo" hippy flower gun
3rd one down was dead but looked promising, scrolled a few more down and saw the same link on another server.
Happy Friday!

Response by poster: Okay, now who knows about permissions? Like for use on a book jacket.

I'm pretty sure that the photo was first published in Life magazine — my parents had a big ol' coffee-table book of Life photographs from the '60s, and that photo was in it. You might try contacting Time-Life Pictures and see if they can help you out. (I tried searching for the image via their search engine myself, but had no luck.)

hey! I was just typing a similar 60's stock-footage question. May I piggyback?
In almost every "the 60's were a time..." montage, there's a B&W clip of a young woman with long blond hair, wearing what looks like a corduroy jacket, who is twirling around on the edge of a crowd in a park somewhere (Columbia protests? Berkeley sit-in?). Does everyone know the clip I mean? How would I find that clip, or even better, find out who the woman is?

Bartleby, I always assumed that was footage from Woodstock/Altamont style event when I've seen it.
