Work out videos for teens

Younger teen wants to keep up his fitness over the winter. I need help with finding some work out videos

He wants our help with that. (Which mostly requires telling him to go do it). BUT, I did say I'd do some research on work out videos, using body weight that he could follow along with.

He's looking to increase cardio fitness, as well as increase strength. I'm looking for something that is appropriate for a teen, and that is body positive, and body safe (ie not extreme levels of working out/lifting)

He's hoping to make an elite Rugby team come the spring.

Not fussed on free or pay to play.

Best answer: My go to is always Fitness Blender. There are a variety of workouts from weight lifting, HIIT, flexibility, cardio. Very body positive, focused on form, feel like real people. There are free options or you can pay a very, very modest fee for access to other content. You can also purchase programs which schedule workouts for you in 2 week, 4 week, or 8 week increments. So you could buy something just for winter break.

Take a look at the Warrior-Xfit workout. They offer a different full body workout each day of the month. The exercises use either body weight or resistant bands so minimal equipment is needed.
