Help me find my ideal stretching routine

I would like to stretch to a different video each day for the week, no longer than 10-15 minutes a day, alternating stretches for different parts of the body so I know that my whole body has been effectively stretched over the week. My ideal video would be slow with a deep, mindful focus on an area.

Is there a video series or YouTube channel that does this? I'd also be willing to pay. I know I wrote 10-15 minutes, but I’d prefer closer to 10 -- this seems to be the most difficult part of my search.

I can use props like a foam roller, block, strap etc. I don’t know much about the science of stretching, so no specific requests in that area, could be yoga or isometric exercises—just something effective.

Bonus question: if someone knows an effective pre-bedtime stretch, please share!

Sam Gach is a yoga teacher who recently launched an app called Stretch. I can't specifically say that it meets your needs, but a potential lead!

I have this same goal and will be watching this thread with interest. Until I figure out my perfect routine, I’ve been doing sun salutations in the morning at minimum or an 8 min morning yoga flow in the free Nike Training Club app if I’m feeling up for it. And picking out different yoga videos on YouTube or in the Nike app that target different areas when I have more time during the day or evening. If I don’t have time to do the targeted stuff, I still have the baseline of morning stretches for maintenance.

(I’m into old-school Rodney Yee yoga videos, but many people like Yoga with Adrienne.)

I've been using Yoga with Adrienne with this quite happily - lots of videos listed on her her youtube site by length, body parts, type of activity.
