Help me find this project/task/goal management website

I may have learned about it here somewhere in the dark, distant past. The basic concept was that you had circles. Each circle could be a different size and color. In each circle, you had sub-circles, for sub-tasks, steps to take, etc. I can't find it in my bookmarks or on Google. It was pretty old-school feeling Hope me?

Response by poster: It was not the Golden Circle. it was a website where you could just add your circles, change their size and color, and add circles inside the other circles. I know I'm not explaining it very well; I'm sorry!
