Name that Phish Song

Name that Song: Early nineties Phish?

I'm trying to find the name of a song by Phish about a guy named Waldo (I think) who mails himself to a woman, but is then, er, mutilated when she opens the box with a knife.

Ring any bells?

There's a Velvet Underground tune from White Light, White Heat called The Gift that fits that description. Maybe Phish covered it?

Lyrics here. It's more of a story told over music. I don't really know much about Phish, so I could be totally wrong.

One of the great things about that tune is that the lyrics come through one speaker and the music through the other. If you don't want to be distracted by one or the other you just have to adjust the balance.
