Seeking a simple, secure app to allow applicants to upload short videos

What is the simplest, safest app or process that will allow a list of applicants to upload a 3-minute video? I'm working on a project that involves an application process with a video upload step. This needs to be easy for applicants we specifically invite to access it (no signup or login required). Ideally, this solution would label and organise the videos nicely for the panel to review, so capturing name, date, and email on or with the video upload would be ideal. This needs to be private and secure too of course.
We've accomplished something like this with ShareFile and an embedded web firm, but it's not free.

You can do this with a Dropbox file request.
And then ask the submitters to make sure they have named their files by what you need, e.g. FirstName LastName_Date_emailaddress.mp4.
Self-taping auditions for actors are all being run out of Dropbox now, making sure the file names are right, and it's super easy. You can then share a link of the folder with the reviewers, and look a the videos (and even comment on them) right from the Dropbox web interface.

You'll need some sort of auto or manual cull process to delete anything that's unsuitable. No matter how secretive you are, URL link will get out. I guess you can give them a time limited URL (i.e. this URL will only work between X and Y) but that requires someone to setup the server and the logic.

Dropbox file requests have a deadline option built in as standard.

The business flavours of OneDrive come with file requests as well.

Doing it with Google Drive is also possible, but fiddlier.
