CBD oil in South Africa. How do I judge quality?

Following on from my last ask about managing anxiety, I want to try using CBD oil. How can I tell which of the options available to me here in South Africa are any good? For example, this one?

I want to start at a low dose as I often react quite strongly to medication. Also I'm pretty thin, that makes a difference in terms of calculating dosage, doesn't it? One of the main things I hope to improve is my sleep. Would this way of taking CBD oil, a water soluble powder, be effective? Or is there some other form you would recommend?
Any other advice about taking CBD oil for anxiety and insomnia much appreciated. For example, what time of day to take it, etc. I've done quite a bit of googling but I find it difficult to sort out the advertorials from the more dependable information.

It's probably better to use a full spectrum oil extract - full/broad spectrum means they're extracting all the different compounds from the plant, some of which can work synergistically with the CBD and make it more effective. For quality, it's good to use a place that shows lab test results from each batch.

I also react strongly to many medications, and starting at a low dose is a good idea. For me, I felt a very strong effect from my first (low) dose, but my body quickly acclimated for subsequent doses. For help with sleep, I would just take it right before bedtime, it tends to kick in almost immediately. That probably depends on how you take it though, I hold the oil under my tongue for quick absorption.
