iPad games for offline (travel) play? Educational value not required!

What are some great apps and games for kids age 4-7? They can be educational or just mindless fun. Some favorites include Subway Surfer and Fruit Ninja. The only requirement is that they be playable offline, like in the car. Thank you!

Big Time Sports, Cricket Through The Ages, Sonic Racing (practice mode only), What The Golf, Khan Academy Kids (only the "Kodi's Suitcase" portion works offline).

...also, Apple Arcade has a one month free trial, so you could sign up, let the kids grab anything that seems remotely interesting, and then cancel at the end of your trip.
