Food/gift basket in NYC

A close friend is an emergency doc in NYC working her ass off right now. I'd like to send her a food/gift basket. Something fancy that she would definitely not be buying for herself right now (ex: cheeses/meats/olives kind of stuff). Any local suggestions? (or non-local too!) thanks!

Murray's Cheese would be my pick.

Can't go wrong with Murray's (local) or Zingerman's (not local).
