What is the music from the Battlestar Galactica season finale?

Help me identify a piece of music from Friday's Battlestar Galatica season finale.
I don't want to spoil it for anyone who hasn't seen the episode yet, so my description of the scene will be a little vague. The music in question starts right after someone says "and it begins now," and plays as the camera does a slow push in towards a close up. If you've seen the finale, I'm sure you know what I'm talking about.
I know the series uses a lot of Philip Glass in addition to a Glass-like original score. Does anyone know if this particular piece was written specifically for the show, or if it is a licensed song? If it's not part of the original score, does anyone know the title and artist?
Thanks.

I don't own a TV, but I think that this addresses what you are looking for.
The show, of course, is already available on itunes. God bless America. :)

Exactly what I needed, bim. Thanks. According to the composer's website the second season score comes out on CD in July, so I guess I'll just have to wait until then.
