Book on nutrition for middle-aged (and older) female athletes?

I'd like a book on nutrition aimed at athletic women aged 50 or higher. Any favorites?

I'm not trying to lose weight, I'm not trying to "eat clean," and I don't want woo. I just want a good, scientifically based book on what the general best practices are for women who are more physically active than average.
