Time to get out the winter pants!

You guys helped me pick out some great women’s pants for summer - thank you! Now that’s it’s cooling off, can you help me find equally awesome pants for winter? Requirements inside!
In order of importance:
1. Comfortable and flexible. I’m a stay at home mom so I need to be able to bend down and sit on the floor and climb at the playground, etc. I have a narrow waist and a big butt, so I’m prone to pants gapping at the waist and showing butt crack. I’d really like to avoid that.
2. Warm but not stifling. I live in the SF Bay Area so I don’t need anything super warm, but I don’t want to wear linen pants when it’s in the 60s either. I also have swamp crotch (recurrent BV) and need some air flow in that region.
3. Pockets! Because I’m a mom and I never have enough hands for everything.
4. Easy care. I can handle machine wash, line dry, but that’s as complicated as I am willing to do right now.
5. Works with various shoe options. Ideally flip flops, running shoes, and knee high leather boots would all work.
I tend to wear solid color or nerdy printed t-shirts on top, plus Smartwool sweaters. I will pay a decent amount to have a few pairs of pants I don’t have to think about anymore.
My favorite pants from your summer pants suggestions are the Trekkie pants from Athleta, a similar pair from Patagonia, and the Old Navy linen pants, but I think they all might be a bit too lightweight when it gets a little colder.
Thanks for any ideas!

I came here to say the Flexpedition Pull-On Slim Leg Pants, specifically -- I have two pairs and am wearing one as we speak. They're soft-shell but don't seem too outdoorsy.

I recently acquired these slim ponte pants from Uniqlo and they fit almost all of your requirements. They are very, very comfortable. The only problem is that they only have one pocket, on the rear, which is big enough to hold my phone but if you need many pockets they might not work for you.

Also, Flexpedition pants from Duluth. Very nice. Warm without being too hot. Quality fabric.
