Trying to ID a surf instrumental from the 50s/60s. It’s in 3/4 time, at a slow tempo. There’s a repeating four-note riff (here). Any clue what this could be?

Both of those are too fast and are in 4. This song was in 3. The riff was also simpler—just four notes.
