Train Magazine - Looking for a Table of Information from an Issue

In an article of Train Magazine (a strength training magazine) there was a table of percentage gains in strength to expect if training with a particular schedule over a particular period of time. For example “week 3 of training 3 times a week, 5% gain in lifts compared to first session in week 1”.
The table actually showed percentage gains in each training session over a base session rather than it being written out in words as I have done above.
Does anyone have a copy of this magazine or this particular table?
