My brain and my ovaries are conspiring against me

I'm looking for psychiatrist recommendations in the SF Bay Area (East Bay/SF preferred) who has an a understanding of/experience with hormonal mood changes.
I have a history of generalized anxiety and hormonal/cycle-induced depression, and my current meds are no longer getting the job done. Historically my gynecologist has prescribed my meds and they were working fine for a long time, but they aren't anymore.
I really want someone (a woman, preferably, but i suppose that's not required) who will understand my hormone-induced mood changes and how to use whatever psych meds and birth control together.
I'm in the SF Bay Area - I'd prefer someone in the East Bay, with SF also an option. But honestly if you know someone fabulous anywhere near me I'd be willing to talk to them.
I am not in need of a therapist/therapy recommendations right now - I have that part under control.
