Men's jeans now that Costco has discontinued their Kirkland brand

I loved the Costco brand jeans and had a number of pairs through out the years. They were in my larger size, comfortable, and durable, plus I liked the cut and fit. Unfortunately they seem to have been discontinued and I'm looking to replace some of my older pairs that have worn out.

I'd love to find a similar pair in cut, material, and durability. Ideally 100% denim, I tend not to wear synthetics as well. Price wise I'm sure it won't be as cheap as those pants were, but honestly it'd be hard to justify something more than $50 a pair.

Do you have any farm supply stores in your area? Like Atwoods or Tractors Supply? That would be a good source.

Yeah, farm stores. Rural King has RK brand all denim jeans available online. They are sturdy with a generous cut for $10. Probably some ethical concerns with their production, but that’s probably true for any new jeans you’ll be looking at.

Costco sells Levis 505 jeans now, which I like a lot. They look manly while actually having a little bit of give which makes them comfortable. The Costco price is $10 below the Amazon price. Costco.com has them too.

Definitely look for rural farm stores like maybe Farm and Fleet. Duluth Trading Company has solid jeans too: look for the ballroom jeans (not a dancing reference). You can also troll Ebay looking for old stock. I still have a forever search for Gap 1969 jeans with thicker denim and without stretch.

Duluth makes great jeans. The pockets are made of a material that wears faster than the jeans themselves, so expect to fix them before the jeans wear out. Carhartt also makes a solid pair of pants . Bailey's Wild Ass Jeans are also worth a look

My husband buys Wrangler jeans at Walmart. They cost around $20 a pair, and he can usually find a couple pairs in his 48 X 30 size (I don't think they carry much bigger than that.) They're pretty sturdy and last him a good while, come in a few different washes and cuts. He's been wearing them for years. Helps to offset the cost of wearing 3XLT shirts that we pay through the ass for at DXL.

Have you checked Ebay for the exact jeans you want? I see a lot of new clothing there that had been sold at Costco, but it might be priced a bit higher than what you would have paid in-store.

Carillon, Me too! I used Kirkland Relaxed Fit jeans for the past 2 years, just presuming I'd buy another 4 pair this year (I go through this many in the work I do). Bummed to see they're kaput.

I searched the MANY jeans stores near me and ended up with what I think is a very close match to the Kirklands: Wrangler Relaxed Fit, style 9760WDR. Very similar, so much so I can't tell the difference (although having bought them just today, I have yet to try them on, washed and dried.)

Throughout my search--and long before--I was not a fan of Wranglers. Until I found these. They are very "un-Wrangler" in their fit.

$17.87 at Walmart.

Good luck!

I do see they started selling some Jean again on their site. https://www.costco.com/kirkland-signature-men's-jean.product.100513855.html

Has anyone tried the above? Are they the same?
