Is there a known tool chain or work process where I can enter details once and then it outputs a Facebook post, a blog post and more importantly a physical and email newsletter?
Our organization is mixed digital natives, people in their nineties, regular folks, etc. I would love to press a button and get an output of all of June’s blog/fb-posts in a newspaper-style format that I could print. I really want to work less on this.

This was for a media department; the source item was plain text and optionally image files which could then be push-button published as either a web page, a PDF press release, or an email to a contact list, with the styling defined by the destination format (we have a style guide for that sort of thing). Adding Facebook posting and a summary in newspaper style wouldn't have been tricky, it was built to support additional publishing workflows.
I really wish I could just point you at something that you could use, but at least you know it's possible. You might try looking for open-source publishing systems? The stuff linked here doesn't look quite like what you want, but it might point you in interesting directions:
