Looking to hear women, preferably Afro-Latina, speaking English with a Cuban accent. Please link me to videos? Thanks!

Might be too brief for your purposes, but here is Cuban singer La Lupe appearing on the Dick Cavett Show.

For Cubans speaking English, you have the old 80s show ¿Que Pasa USA? They speak in English and Spanish. If you’re wanting very accented English, look for episodes where abuelita is talking. There are no Afro-latinas on that show.

Now that I'm on my laptop, here are some episodes of Que Pasa USA that have more of the women talking throughout:

Chaperona (one of the best episodes, btw). Different generations of women speaking.
Los Novios is another good one where abuela and Juana speak a lot and their English is more accented than the younger generation.

Don't know that this is quite what you're looking for, but I can't resist an opportunity to link to the International Dialects of English Archive.
