Help me replace my holy grail garlic powder

The small farm that made the best garlic powder I have ever had has closed its doors, and I am bereft! Please tell me about secret small garlic farms that do mail order and can fill this void.
Several years ago at a Garlic Fest I discovered an amazing garlic powder made by a small farm in upstate New York. I went to order more recently and discovered that they have just shut down their business. I am hoping to find something similar, probably made by another small farm somewhere that does mail order. I would be shocked if a widely-available mass-market sort of product would fit the bill, but if you think you know of one, please tell!
Characteristics of the holy grail garlic powder:
Very fine powder texture. Not at all grainy
True, strong garlic flavor (raw, not roasted). No weird off-note flavor or odor. It was just the Platonic ideal of powdered garlic cloves.
That’s basically it, it doesn’t sound like much but all other garlic powders I have tried have come up far short. I was able to use this in recipes in place of garlic cloves and not feel like I was substantially altering the flavor. I could live with a grainier texture if I could get that flavor back.

I love Penzey's Garlic Powder. Having used crappy grocery store garlic powder previously, I was pleasantly shocked at how close this is to using raw garlic. You can even get that nice burn/spicyness that you can get in a dish when you use "too much" raw garlic (though there's no such thing imho).

Frontier Co-op's garlic powder is an extremely fine powder that is not "granulated" at all. Should be available at Whole Foods-y places in the northeastern US. It's what I get when I don't have a plan for a big Penzey's order.

Thirding Penzey's. Their garlic powder is out of this world.
