What's Carole King caroling?

I'm trying to figure out the lyrics to the song Christmas Paradise by Carole King.

Near the end of the song she mentions places like Rio and San Juan, but I can't figure out the first one at around 2:52. Maybe it's not even a specific place. Any ideas?
