Rembering an Atari Hemophilia Game

A family member visited a center for hemophilia patients some time in the 80's and remembers a game for young hemophilia patients, but not much about it. His guess is that it was for the Atari 2600, but it could have been any contemporaneous system. He would like to find the name of the game so that he might play it again.
By coincidence there was a serious health games for children lab where I did my PhD. So by osmosis, I learned about them.
I looked up hemophilia video game on Google scholar and no obvious game came up.
Here's a more recent study for a game for children with hemophilia - it might reference an older one. I'm on my phone so I can't open this easily. I will try later tho.
I wonder if it was a general children's health game?

Intellivision's Microsurgeon (released 1982) came immediately to mind, but it's not hemophilia specific.
