Alarm Clock or App using custom mp3s?

Hi all, quick question here. I have a few custom sounds I've recorded for my ten year old son's wakeup routine. Any idea of a device or app that could play them, ideally with shuffle and repeat, as his alarm clock? He has an Alexa, so could be using that too, if there's a solution there.. Sorry of this answer is blindingly obvious. Thanks.

If you're talking Android, the app Alarm Clock Xtreme can do a single recording. Just use the + to add a new alarm, pick Sound Type = Music, the Select Music will open up the music on the phone, use the magnifying glass to find your recording, click it, then go back.

You could use different alarms by day of week, but that's not exactly shuffling. I hope someone else replies with a closer answer.
