What's the best (paid) stock site out there in 2018?

I work on a team where we're going to need a number of semi-generic images, sourced by various people for various things at various times. What's the best stock image site out there right now? Money is not no object, but we're willing to pay for quality and variety. We're in Canada, if it matters.

IANAGraphicDesigner, but I work at an agency and I really only hear about two:
iStock is owned by Getty and is the (expensive) gorilla in the space.

Shutterstock is also very good, and I believe a bit cheaper.

Unsplash is an up and coming free option that we use sometimes if we're looking for photos that don't look like stock photos.

I do some graphics work at my job from time to time on no budget, and I like Raw Pixel ($29/user/month for commercial use) and Creative Market (buy per item, though they have a plan too.)

We (offices from Halifax to Vancouver) use Shutterstock as well. I also like its music library. There's quite a variety of stuff and the search filters are very handy.
