What's the best browser plugin to manage my bookmarks?

I searched through some previous threads, but it seems like a lot of the recommendations have since closed down. I'd prefer a solution that allows me to sync my bookmarks across browsers (Firefox and Chrome) and computers.

Are you just looking for extensions or are you willing to look at websites? Pinboard.in is a bookmarking website and there are add-ons for syncing. IFTTT works with it, so you can auto save from apps like RSS Readers, There is an annual fee of $11 and you can get a refund in the first 3 days if you don't like it. I went there after delicious closed down and was very satisfied and then they bought delicious.
