I want to make my own Filipino sweet longanisa

I am living someplace devoid of Filipino food right now and I am missing it, especially at breakfast. I want to make my own Filipino sweet pork longanisa but, if I am going to go through all that work, I want to make sure it will taste how I am expecting. I used to buy frozen Tropica brand. Got a recipe for me that you know will be correct?

Response by poster: That's ok. I am now on a mission from God to find me this sausage recipe that will change my life forever. I will post back with the fruits of my efforts. I swear, I will turn snouts and buttholes into the most delicious sausage known to man or may I drop dead in the effort.
