Nice quality khakis for women that aren't elasticized

I need khakis/chinos for work. My ideal pants are heavier fabric, not thin super stretchy junk, and come out of the dryer without wrinkles. I'm a petite lady. Any advice?

(Please note, lands end and ll bean don't work - tried and they fail the fabric and wrinkle test)

The Dickies 774 is your friend here. I wear the male equivalent daily (as in, I have 5 pair and they're in daily rotation), and while no dryer sheet in the world will make them soft, they keep a press and look fine. I wear them with a shirt and tie and blazer and they're completely white-collar appropriate, they last about 2-3 years, and they cost $20. Caveat: they smell of vile chemicals coming out of the bag, but wash them once and that's gone. Dunno what your curve needs are, but they're easy enough to return in this day and age.

Lee trousers. Look for the trousers with more cotton/less rayon in the blends. My entire trouser wardrobe is their All-Day Pants -- there's a bit of spandex in them, but it seems to be just enough to make them flex and not wrinkle. I don't know how their petite sizes run, though.

I've found Old Navy's Pixie chinos to be incredibly sturdy pants. I've never had to iron them, and they don't stretch. At all. Plus, cheap.

I'm also a petite lady, and they offer petite sizes online, but in my experience it works better to get the regular sizes and have them tailored if budget allows.

And if you're looking for actual work trousers, not twill weight trousers, Duluth Trading, Carhartt, and Dickies all make women's sizes. Again, I don't know about petite sizes
