Fitness(/nutrition) podcasts?

I'm not looking for detailed instructions or routines or sets of exercises or anything along that line, but am more looking for stories/inspiration/psychology/maybe some research about fitness.
For perspective and context:
I'm female and approaching 50 years old
I'm focused on getting stronger and healthier in general.
I'm not brand new to exercise, but I'm not super experienced either.
I'm overweight and would like to lose weight, but don't want to obsess about the number on the scale.
I see this question from a few months ago and that gave me some reading material, but the focus is a little different and no podcasts were mentioned.

Response by poster: omg thank you. I used to read her Summer Tomato blog but I got out of the habit at some point and didn't even realize she had a podcast.
Any other suggestions are welcome too!

Best answer: I’m a fan of Rich Roll’s podcasts. His guests come from a lot of areas - but many of them are focused on fitness and nutrition. He is vegan, and his nutrition-oriented podcasts reflect that. He is not everyone’s cup of tea, but I find his podcasts inspiring.

Best answer: I haven't listened to the Food Psych Podcast, but subscribed today after I saw this pop up on my newsfeed. I was reminded of this post and wanted to share.
Here is the description: Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor Christy Harrison talks with guests about their relationships with food, body image, eating disorders, weight and size acceptance, non-diet nutrition, exercise, body politics, feminism, self-compassion and self-care--all from a body-positive, Health at Every Size perspective. Along the way, Christy shares her own journey from disordered eater and dieter to food writer and anti-diet dietitian, and offers tips to help you accept your body and let go of guilt about food. Food Psych challenges diet culture in all its forms--including the restrictive behaviors that often masquerade as wellness and fitness. The podcast is designed to offer safe and non-triggering support for listeners in recovery from eating disorders, weight stigma, and body shame. Subscribe for new anti-diet inspiration every week, and discover a whole new world of body positivity!

Best answer: Not a podcast, but the Lean Machines YouTube channel does a lot of videos on motivation, expectations, and mental blocks.

Best answer: "...psychology/maybe some research about fitness..."
Definitely read science of fitness journalist Alex Hutchinson, who writes for Outside and elsewhere. He's a fitness nut who reads all the journal articles and interviews scientists and explains it for regular people (who aren't afraid of a graph now and then).
