What is it that I do again?

I work at a very small company just hitting a major growth spurt, and while I have a Director title, I am working at the same level as (and as much as) our VP and C-level folks. I'm about to ask for a raise and title increase to VP, but given the range of what I cover I am at a loss for VP of what? Please help me figure it out.

- I have set up and oversee the entire customer service and support structure for the company
- I have also set up and run the structure for a field team who provide on-site intake appointments for new customers. While I see the day to day workings of that part of the company moving off of my plate in the next 6 months, I'll likely still be quite involved in designing their processes & systems.
- I have designed/fully customized and am the primary administrator for our CRM/ERP and field services management systems, as well as most other systems for the business side of our tech (as opposed to the product side... part of what we provide is software, and we have an in-house development team for that... I am not a software developer and generally am involved with what they do more as subject matter expert or as part of the overall company leadership team).
- Along with the big systems, I build a lot of tools and data flow automations that are used by various teams within the company and which have allowed us to scale way more quickly than we would have otherwise been able to manage.

I already report directly to the CEO, so there's no existing 'next title up', and my job has evolved a lot in the year and a half since I got my current title, so it's not really relevant. So, if there was (or is!) someone like me in your company, what would you expect them to be called?

VP of customer success? That’s often a hybrid sales/support role and sounds pretty close to your duties.

When I was in this position my boss and I brainstormed and came up with VP, Operations. It proved to be a good decision when I decided to move into a different field, so I’d choose something that doesn’t tie you to a very specific job description.

Why can't you just be Vice President? Why do you need an "of"?

VP of Customer Operations, or just VP of Operations.
