Configuring Windows 10 for new keyboard

What language keyboard do I have and how do I configure Windows 10 to use its layout?

If I plugged this keyboard into a Mac, the OS would suss it out after a few keystrokes. Windows, however… I'm just lost.

Best answer: That's an ANSI 87-key layout and would use the US QWERTY keyboard layout in Windows 10. Assuming your computer is set to UK QWERTY here's how to change it. See also Remapping a US Keyboard in the UK
