Internet detectives, please help me track down this old poetry website.

I am looking for the name of a poetry website, active about 10 years ago, probably now defunct. I can picture everything about it but the name, and I'm driving myself crazy. Please help!
Here are the things about it I remember:
- Definitely active in early-to-mid 2000s
- Blue website background, serif fonts
- Run by two college guys, poetry enthusiasts but not poets, affiliated with -- MIT? Berkeley?
- Had a poem-a-day email circ that was closed down around 2008
- People could email in poetry/their poetry suggestions along with why it was meaningful to them
- Poems were hand-picked and compiled
- I think it had a sort of whimsical name
This is driving me bonkers. Please and thank you.

(And by still around, I mean the website is still online, having last been updated in 2007...)

They're still around and no longer have a blue background, but I think they once did.
