What's the best way to dictate emails to Outlook 2016 using Windows 10?

I've been using the voice-to-text feature on my iPhone lately. I love how much quicker it is than typing. I want to get that same efficiency now on my Windows 10 laptop when I send emails. Is Dragon Naturally Speaking still the best software out there for that?

We use Dragon at work. It is amazing - far superior in every way to the dictation that comes with Windows. Hint: don't look at the screen as you dictate.
