Seeking Danish aerobics video

In the late nineties I visited Denmark and encountered a Danish aerobics video on VHS. The instructor was a blond middle-aged woman with a normal body and her back-up dancers also looked like real people, not athletes. I would really like to find out who this was and see it again. Any ideas? If not, any suggestions for similar material?

Sweatin' to the Oldies is exactly this, and ends with a sassy dance-celebration of the individuals featured. You can find some volumes on YouTube and the like. There are some professionals mixed into the crowd, but they're the exceptions, not the norm.
