How to remove metal "scratches" in toilet bowl?

So, MrJane agressively attacked a toilet clog with a toilet auger and now I am left with gray metallic scratches in the toilet bowl, in the guest powder room, of course. I've tried scrubbing them with a pumice stick, but they are still there. Any thoughts on how to remove them?
Would a paste of baking soda and a tiny bit of water work?

Just coming in to suggest baking soda -- I've used it for that type of marks on a porcelain sink.

Magic Eraser pads will take care of it.

Careful with those Magic Eraser pads. They erase skin too. Wear gloves.

Bar Keeper's Friend but you'd shut off the water to the tank, flush the toilet to drain the bowl and then polish with the BKF. There's the powdered stuff and liquid product. The liquid is a little easier to use on vertical surfaces than the powdered stuff.
