Weight training, nutrition and fitness blogs and resources!

What are some high quality weight training, nutrition and fitness blogs worth following?

I asked a previous question that was in a similar vein. This time around, I'm looking for recommendations for nutrition and programming for strength and weight training.

I'd also like recommendations for blogs or other resources that have a strong focus on mobility, agility and injury prevention. Podcasts are welcome too!

Strengtheory, Bret Contreras' blog, alanaragon.com, Eric Helms on YouTube, stumptuous for perspective (specifically, a woman's perspective).

The people at my weightlifting gym swear by ROMWOD, WOD being Workout of the Day in CrossFit jargon, and ROM being range of motion. The "WOD" part is just marketing; it's not purely for CrossFit or anything else.

I haven't subscribed because I'm too cheap and already spend six hours a week at the gym.

Dan John's blog is fantastic. He has a different take on training than a lot of other people, but he's universally respected and smart as hell.

Tony Gentilcore also reliably has smart things to say.

I should say that while the blogs I recommended are great, ultimately there's really only so much to say about the subject. After a while you'll notice that everyone's kind of circling around the same basic ideas and that fundamentally most of the differences don't matter.

That said, you might also find the resources at Powerlifting To Win useful (although Google is currently giving a warning that the site "may be hacked").

Coach Taylor Simon. He posts a lot on Facebook. Podcasts are great too.
