Best open source cms for a digg style review site? For linux based servers.

Looking for a community, portal, social networking platform to create a product review site with reviews, photo's, articles, and quality votes from users. I've been looking at the hosted ning, mambo, and some other cms packages. Do you have a few to recommend?

Drupal is a community oriented CMS with a quality voting feature. Bryght offers hosted Drupal installations.

Shoepal, the digg-like OSS software has been translated and cleaned up. Here are all the links from digg itself.

I've been forced to use Mambo/Joomla (Joomla is the true open source offshoot of Mambo) for a little while now. I would recommend them (with certain reservations) for building lots of content pages in a solid structure. However, I have found trying to do anything more network/community oriented very frustrating. I'm afraid I don't have any positive recommendations though, and maybe the problem is with me.

Just a note of caution.

Pligg (based on the spanish version of digg) [though, it created some controversy regarding a stolen css. not sure if that has been fixed.]
