Super experienced Qi gong/Tai Chi/Daoist teacher with cluttered website?

Within the last few years I recall seeing a website of an instructor of Qi gong, Tai Chi, and related practices. Can you help me track him down. Snowflake clues inside.→→
Clues:
* Cluttered, hard to use, non-responsive website
* White guy, based in United States or possibly Canada, between 40-60 years old
* Has lots of books, articles, in-person instruction/seminars on a wide range of these eastern practices
And the website? I'll recognize it when I see it. Any ideas will be helpful. I'll monitor the thread if there are questions.
I know the clues are vague, but I figure there are not 10,000 people offering what he does.

Maybe Derek Crowley at White Oak Martial Arts? The website has changed since last I looked, but he kind of fits the bill and you asked for any ideas.

Sounds like my Sifu's website, actually: Mark Lee Pringle. I remember it as being pretty awful - white text on a black background, non-intuitive design . . . it was straight out of Geocities.
Unfortunately, you can click on that all you want, but I don't think he renewed his server subscription. Here's his Facebook. He also works as an Elvis impersonator and bagpiper, and he knows like 42 different martial arts styles.

Was it this guy, who claims that he knows all about "the Asian cultures" because he played with an Asian friend as a toddler and also his dad travelled to Asia for work?
