Cartoon where train track is moving while train is oncoming?

Can you identify for me, if it even exists, a cartoon (perhaps Bugs Bunny or other Hanna-Barbera) where some character averts disaster by dismanting and rebuilding the train track in front of a moving train? Perhaps a villain had previously done the same in order to move the train for some reason.

Could you be thinking of Gromit in The Wrong Trousers?

Mr. LockIsLit points to a youtube link which has the clip; he's hunting up the title now. Is this the one you want? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BQzPw3GVO8g

Response by poster: Thank you, but it's neither of those. It's definitely a cel-drawn cartoon, and the character is laying track in front of the train, and then running back and forth, taking pieces of track and installing them in a different spot so the change can take a different course, not just flipping a switch like in W&G.

I think there is a Roadrunner cartoon where this happens, but I can't find it online.

I remember this, and I seem to remember it being a really old cartoon. Like maybe even in black and white. I tried googling "vintage train cartoon", but didn't find it.

You might ask here in this cartoon forum. Or here. There are other cartoon forums, too.

Tom and Jerry perhaps? I remember this too, but can't say for sure that it's them and a little searching didn't turn it up.
