Recommendations for a super simple Apple Watch app/game for kids to play

My church kids love my Apple Watch, but unfortunately, there isn't a lot of flashy stuff to show them anymore. I need recommendations for an app/game appropriate for 3-5 year olds, so something really really simple like a sound effects board or drawing program. Something with big buttons, lots of colors, and preferably sound effects!

I'm not sure I understand the criteria, but my kids love the touch-contact function. They navigate to the Favorites, then send heartbeats or sketch love notes or <3 to my spouse. (By grabbing my wrist and pinning me down while they do it, so not really convenient for more than one kid at a time.) It's not a game, but it is entertaining and involves drawing and I guess sound effects for the heartbeat.
