Where can I find/obtain the song "Rock the House Down" written by Peter Aykroyd and Jon Tiven for the Spies Like Us (1985) soundtrack?

FYI: the song @0:35 is called "Rock the House Down" by Peter Aykroyd. it was written in 1983 and copyrighted July 6, 1984. Jon Tiven, the co-author, said that Peter rarely releases his music. there is no demo or anything floating around. we must get this recording straight from Peter himself. Jon himself said "The full version is even better."
Though of course I would not be shocked if this is inaccurate....
