Can you tell me the name of this traditional Irish air?

Here's the first part, pretty much the only part I can remember precisely: http://audio.loresjoberg.com/unknown-air.mp3

A long time ago I learned the above song on tinwhistle. Now that I'm learning fiddle, I'd like to play it again, but I don't remember the entire tune or the title.

I don't have much info other than it's a traditional Irish tune (where "traditional" may mean "in the traditional style" or a song that's legitimately very old). Being an air, other recordings may use a very different rhythm than I did.

This might be something Reddit could help with. http://www.reddit.com/r/celticmusic. Alternately, the IRTRAD-L listserv would certainly know.

Hard to tell, but it reminds me a little bit of either The Dark Slender Boy or The Lowlands of Holland
