What are these called? I need to order some replacements, but I don't know what to search for. Thanks!
From the perspective of buying a finished product, I would look for barbell bolts.
From the perspective of making things, ala "arts and crafts," the more general term for things like this is "jewelry findings."

Response by poster: I searched barbell bolts, and couldn't find anything. But this suggestion gave me other things to search for, and I did eventually find these threaded bars, which are exactly what I was looking for.
