Wood Inlay Wedding Ring Repair

How can I get the koa wood inlay in a titanium ring replaced?
I found my wedding ring here on Ask; it's a titanium ring with koa wood inlay. Because of the wood, I was pleased that it came with a lifetime guarantee. Then the resin preservative cracked, turning the koa wood a dark and ugly color. And I discovered the (Hawaiian) business had shut down.
Obviously I can replace the entire ring. But I was attached to the idea of renewal over replacement, given the symbolic elements of a wedding ring. So how can I get a new inlay placed in the titanium band? Preferably koa wood, but I'd also consider a light hardwood like ash wood.
I live in Washington, DC, but I'm happy to work by mail with reputable companies.

Our rings are from WedgewoodRings. He does nice work promptly, and seems to be focusing on inlays lately.

Jon Pollack at Made You Look in Toronto, we are presently working with him to design our wedding rings. He specializes in titanium.

Second Rob and Lean (https://www.etsy.com/shop/RobandLean); they did our titanium and wood rings and we are very happy.

Response by poster: I got in touch with Rob and Lean immediately, but still no word back. It's the weekend, though, so I'll wait for tomorrow. Thanks for these suggestions.

Response by poster: Both Rob and Lean and Wedgewood have now responded to say that they will not help at any price.
I'm not totally surprised: in many cases, jewelers on Etsy do not actually make the jewelry they sell, and so cannot do repairs.
