Can anyone decipher this signature on an oil painting?

My mother has a painting we have never been able to find the artist for. The signature is here -> http://m.imgur.com/F4oEHnc. The date below is 1887 and it is an oil painting, likely from the UK. There is a little damage above the third character (after the W).

Best answer: G. W. Horlor. It matches the signature on this painting.

Response by poster: Awesome - that's it exactly! It looked a little blurry after a few wines.
