Outlook: one person, many convos, getting in the way of everything else

Is there a way to set a rule in Outlook that will deliver all conversations involving a particular person, into a set folder?

On a daily basis I get emails from a particular person, "Jackie". The emails contain questions I must forward on to other people, who then reply to me and cc Jackie, or reply to Jackie and cc me. Sometimes the conversations go in for several exchanges.

As you can imagine, this clutters up my email inbox pretty significantly some days. I do need to be included on the conversations but they are not urgent to me and they are making it difficult to find other emails that are more important.

Is there a way I can set up a rule that would deliver all email conversations in which Jackie is involved, to another folder? I've got all emails from Jackie going into one, but I'm still getting the replies I'm cc'd on in my inbox.

I think so: in Outlook, click "rules" -> "create rule" to create a rule.
The conditions are "AND"ed together, so create multiple rules:

one to move emails to your folder if they are from Jackie
one to move emails to your folder if they are CC'ed to Jackie (in "advanced options")
one to move emails to your folder if they are to Jackie (in "advanced options")

Response by poster: I think that may have done the trick. Thanks richb!
