Toronto kosher catering woes

This might be a bit of a stretch, but does anyone have any experience dealing with kosher caterers in Toronto? Recommendations or ones to particularly stay away from?
My fiancee and I are planning our June wedding in Toronto, and the kosher catering options in town all seem to be a bit of a racket. The shul we've decided on for our venue works with three caterers and they all seem roughly the same on the surface in terms of price range and what they offer.
There aren't too many publicly available reviews online, and I don't really trust them since I feel like they're apt to be written by shills/competitors. Has anyone worked with a kosher caterer that stood out from the crowd, in either a good way or a bad way?

Agreeing with jacquilynne. I have had occasion to hire kosher caterers in the past, and they have uniformly been highly priced--over, really--for the quality of the food.
Unfortunately, Toronto being what it is, if keeping kosher is essential to you you may as well draw names from a hat. Maybe contact all three of your shul's caterers and ask for a tasting session?

(I just realized that what I said may have sounded really gross, unintentionally. Most caterers fall into the category of overpriced-for-what-it-is, unless they are actually cooking food onsite.)
