Where to watch playoff baseball late at night in London, UK

My team is finally in the Postseason!!! Only one downside: They may be playing Game 7 of the American League Championship Series on a night when I'll be in the UK. How and where to watch it?
The thought of missing that (potential) game...well, let's just not think about that. I'm a passionate Blue Jays fan. I *cannot* miss this game. So I'm wondering if any North American expats or British baseball nuts can recommend a pub or other spot that will be open and showing baseball essentially in the middle of the night. Maybe there's a spot where baseball enthusiasts gather?
Some googling identified The Dugout in Southwark. They're open until 4 am, which would probably cover the game time of the Royals and the Blue Jays. (1:00 am GMT)
But I'm just wondering if others MeFites have experiential knowledge to share.
My fall-back, of course, is streaming MLB.tv from my hotel room. I made sure to book a hotel that offers premium wifi. But you never know how reliable hotel internet is going to be.
Bonus points for something not too far from Paddington Station, but I'm not really picky. Suggestions welcome!!

Second option: Jetlag Sports Bar. They've got the Friday game on the schedule, so you should be good there.

Funny thing, I'm fairly involved with the British baseball scene (active coach and admin for the biggest little league program, etc).
I know loads of Jays fans and if I had had some lead time might have asked around. They probably won't be open to show the game, but you might pre-game with your compatriots at the the maple leaf pub london
Most of my fellow baseball fans MLB.tv it in the home, but those bars above are worth a call.
I myself am a Cubs fan, and am going to have to white knuckle this thing alone.
