A restaurant of twists and turns...

Help me discover some very large independent restaurants or bars with multiple, differently-themed or purposed rooms and a maze-like interior. Examples: the Hollywood Magic Castle, the Safe House in Milwaukee, or Denver's Casa Bonita.

Bern's Steak House in Tampa, FL. (Check out the link to the Dessert Room - each booth is its own little room.)

Dallas and San Antonio have The Magic Time Machine. The staff are themed as well.

La Posta de Mesilla in Las Cruces, NM is like a maze inside. Many different rooms in all different sizes, tiny courtyards with fountains and trees, a room with huge birdcages, etc . The food is good, too!

Ha, I came to say the Spy Bar, but I think you have the correct name! Whoops.

The Pirate's House in Savannah might fit the bill as well.

The cockroach bar! Which is not really called that. It is El Bosc de les Fades, in Barcelona, Spain. (the only cockroaches we saw were origami. but there were rather a lot of them!)

The Mansion on O Street in Washington DC. Not explicitly a bar or restaurant, but is... a hard to describe place that is a b&b, hosts brunches, random events (day and night), serves as a wedding venue, etc. Secret corridors (think: push this bookcase at a certain spot and a staircase descends from the ceiling--I've, uh, had secret sex in this place with ease during a social function). Also everything inside is available for purchase. Relevant image search.

La Descarga in Los Angeles, CA. Quirky, gigantic cocktail bar with lots of nooks and crannies and walkways and idiosyncrasies. Relevant image search.
